Qcoach is an innovative coaching platform that makes the benefits of coaching affortable for everyone throught interactive coaching and learning programs around various topics. Our programs consist of sessions with quiding questions and bite-sized learning modules.

The power of questions

Sharp questions help people to adjust the focus on their problems, gain new frameworks for understanding them, and clarify their ideas on how they might address them. Questions can create a possibility space for innovation and needed change. They can bring people in, invite people to know themselves better, and set the stage for collaboration and deep empathy.

Questions are our friends when we work to innovate, change, or transform — whether you work in team efforts like product development, service design, or program management, or individual pursuits like technical problem-solving in the stack or personal development. Questions don’t DO the work, but they are critical to ensuring we’re doing better and more impactful things along the way: doing the right work.

The future of learning

In the past we couldn’t afford to have an individual teacher for every student, so we developed a way of teaching large groups. Now more and more we see various forms of peronalised learning coming into life.

In the future learning will be similar to coaching – very personalised, engaging, and effective. Students meet regulary, one on one, with teachers (coaches). They set individual learning goals, follow up and discuss progress – like coaching for learning. The question is what do you need to know and how can I guide you to get there?

This is based on the psychology of motivation as students get clarity and understanding around what and why they want to do something instad of being told. A whole new way of learning where students set their own goals and work together with a learning coach to figure out the how.

In this way students care more about their learning because they have an element of choice and agency. There is a huge difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn. In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance: in other words, helping them to learn.

Why we do what we do

We believe that knowledge is the single biggest thing that improves the quality of life, reduces suffering, advances the human race and changes the world for the better.

Our current ways of distributing knowledge are highly unequal, inefficient, and expensive. We believe quality tools and quality information should be accessible and affordable for everyone.

What is our vision for the future

As automation, AI, and new job models reconfigure the business world, lifelong learning has become accepted as an economic imperative. In uncertain and changing markets — experimentation, rapid-cycle feedback, and the ability to adapt are crucial — and all require continuous learning.
